The Department of Mathematics invites applications for two tenure track positions at the Assistant Professor level beginning in September 2007. For one of the positions there is a strong preference in Applied Mathematics and related areas.

Applicants should have a Ph. D. in Mathematics, proven research potential and a strong commitment to teaching and research.
The teaching load for assistant professors consists of three one-semester courses per year.

The salary will be $19.000.000 per year.
